Our Reserve Ham and Big Reserve Famadesa with bone meets the highest quality canon demanded for this type of white ham and has a more competitive price than Iberian ham. It responds on the palate to the soft and sweet taste that is expected of him.
With a cure of between 12 and 15 months for the first one and more than 16 for the second one, it is cured in dryers of the north of the province of Malaga, where the mime with which our professionals watch the whole process, make it a suitable delicacy for all households, for its good value for money.
The boneless Bodega Ham, as well as our Bodega Gran Rendimiento, also captures the attention of many of our customers, who lean more for this type of product 100×100 ham, when presenting to the public totally clean without the hock.
